1. Nature of service. buy-crypto-watches.com is an independent luxury-watch brokerage. We facilitate acquisition, authentication, escrow and delivery. No payment is processed on this website — settlement happens off-form with a locked crypto quote and a segregated deposit address per invoice.

2. No affiliation. We are not an authorised dealer of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any watch brand named on this site. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Pricing and rate lock. All quotes are indicative until a written invoice is issued. Crypto amounts are locked against Binance/Coinbase spot mid at invoice generation, valid 20 minutes, extendable on request.

4. Authenticity. Every piece is inspected by an independent watchmaker against reference-standard before dispatch. Pieces failing inspection are not shipped.

5. Delivery and risk transfer. Risk passes on carrier collection. Full-value insurance is included via Ferrari Group / Malca-Amit / Brinks.

6. AML / KYC. We may request identity and source-of-funds documentation on transactions above thresholds set by applicable jurisdictions (typically €10,000–€50,000+). We are not obliged to accept any transaction.

7. Cancellation. Once a crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, cancellation is at the seller's discretion. Escrow-protected settlements (€1M+) follow the escrow agent's terms.

8. Not financial advice. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, financial or tax advice.

9. Governing law. Disputes are governed by the law of the seller's jurisdiction of registration, unless otherwise agreed in the invoice.
