Enquiry data. Brand, model, reference, budget, preferred coin, contact details and message. Retained until 24 months after the last interaction, or as required by AML law.

Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies only by default. Analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymised) load only after consent.

Identity documentation. Collected only when required by transaction value and jurisdiction. Stored encrypted, retained per applicable AML retention periods, then deleted.

Sharing. Data is shared with insured carriers (name, delivery address) and, where applicable, escrow agents. Never with marketers.
