Anti-Money-Laundering Policy
Position. We serve crypto-native buyers of high-value luxury watches. Our stance is discreet and data-minimal — not "no-KYC" or "anonymous". Discretion means we don't publish your identity, don't share your data with marketers, and use neutral packaging. It does not mean we bypass AML law.
Thresholds (indicative, per jurisdiction).
- Below €10,000 — typically no identity documentation required.
- €10,000 – €50,000 — basic identity documentation may be requested (government-issued photo ID).
- Above €50,000 — identity plus source-of-funds documentation may be required (statement, tax return, exchange screenshot or on-chain trace).
- Above €150,000 in cash-equivalent — enhanced due diligence per EU AMLD / GCC standards.
Sanctions. We screen buyers and counterparties against EU, UK, US OFAC and UN sanctions lists. Transactions with sanctioned parties are refused without further explanation.
Right of refusal. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction without stating a reason.
Chain considerations. Monero and other privacy-oriented rails are supported, but AML process applies identically — on-chain privacy is not AML exemption.
